R&O Communications was founded in 1994 as an owner operator business incorporating only one person and one vehicle.
In the years since its beginning R&O Communications™ has grown to include 21 staff members and 11 vehicles and is one of the leading installers of telephone systems and communications cabling in Toowoomba and surrounding districts

 The company founder, Kevin Reed, has had extensive association with all forms of communications from many years as a qualified technician with Telstra and as part of R&O Communications. His skills include CAT5 and CAT 6 structured cabling solutions, single and multi mode Fibre Optic solutions, wireless networks for voice and data, remote security monitoring, dedicated communication links for voice, data and video and certified to terminate and test structured networks in Molex, Panduit, Clipsal and Krone. Kevin has also received extensive training in designing communication infrastructure solutions.

Working closely with Kevin is John Moody, whose experience comes from many years working as a qualified technician with Telstra before joining R&O Communications. John's skills include installation of all forms of data and voice services, network design and implementation using Molex, Panduit and Krone equipment. John also has extensive experience with intercom and access control to high rise buildings and security camera systems.
